1. Subscription Plans
Probsea offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.
2. Free Trial
If a free trial is available, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Monthly Plans
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on monthly plans. If you are not satisfied with Probsea within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
3.2 Annual Plans
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. Refund requests made after 14 days of the initial purchase will not be eligible.
3.3 Renewals
Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after the eligible refund window
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Partial refunds for unused days within a billing period
